These terms and conditions govern your use of the Crown Care Tree Services website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

Services

Crown Care Tree Services provides tree and hedge maintenance services including but not limited to tree removal, pruning, crown reduction, stump grinding, hedge cutting, and lawn care. All work is subject to a free quotation and mutual agreement before commencement.

Quotes & Payments

All quotes are free and without obligation. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days. Payment terms will be agreed prior to work commencing.

Permissions & Regulations

It is the customer's responsibility to obtain any necessary council permissions, including permissions relating to Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) or conservation area regulations, before work begins. Crown Care Tree Services will carry out all work in compliance with any conditions attached to such permissions.

Liability

Crown Care Tree Services takes all reasonable care in the delivery of services. We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions, underground services, or damage arising from factors beyond our reasonable control.
